Lovely place to stay in a new building with views of street. Nice and exceptional staff and stunning location very close to Tianzifang and Dapuqiao Metro, downtown and Shanghai. Also, in the middle of the city. Honestly no complains at all...

The room was big with great window views, a HUGE shower area, and a comfy bed. the hotel is located somewhat close to a Metro, about a 15-minute walk away. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the interior design was stylish.

The room is quite small for the price and even though I was assigned a non-smoking room, there was a strong smoke smell which made me feel sick. It took some time to get another room, which was not a pleasant experience.

The rooms are modern and well-equipped, with heated toilet seats and top-notch amenities like Dyson hairdryers and Acqua Di Parma products. the staff, especially those proficient in English, were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. the location in the French Concession allows for easy exploration on foot, and the complimentary bar fridge contents on the first day were a nice touch.

100% Recommend this hotel.
